Delivery

Please note that all orders are sent tracked. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including a tracking code, when your order leaves our warehouse. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service at support@peaceandpure.com

Occasionally, due to unpredictable weather conditions, shipping periods may vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for these issues. We appreciate your patience, and will always try to resolve these issues quickly and effectively. Please check your local courier tracking for further information.

Standard UK Delivery - FREE

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard deliveries within 2-5 working days. All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, Monday-Saturday.

If your parcel cannot be delivered to your address or safely left with a neighbour it will be returned to your local Royal Mail depot to arrange redelivery or collection.

Next Day Delivery - £3.90

For orders created and fulfilled before 2pm, Mon-Fri. All next day orders will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class, Tuesday-Saturday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday for Next Day Delivery will be despatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

Sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer.
