7 Affirmations For Your Wellbeing
At Peace & Pure, we believe in the power of affirmations, that they create lasting impacts on your wellbeing. Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts and beliefs. Something we may all have in different areas of our lives.
According to researchers, spending just a few minutes thinking about your best qualities before a high-pressure situation can calm your nerves, increase your confidence, and improve your chances of a successful outcome.
We also believe that affirmations may also help calm the effects of stress from daily life. Repeating a short affirmation daily can help boost the problem-solving abilities of "chronically stressed" subjects to the same level as those with low stress.
When you repeat your specific affirmations often, you start to believe in them, and you can start to make positive changes. Thoughts turn into beliefs, and beliefs turn into our state of being.
You might consider affirmations to be unrealistic "wishful thinking." But try looking at positive affirmations this way: many of us do repetitive exercises to improve our physical health, and affirmations are like exercises for our mind and outlook. These positive mental repetitions can reprogram our thinking patterns so that, over time, we begin to think – and act – differently.
Below we share a few of Peace & Pure’s favourite affirmations to help guide you to make positive changes in your lifestyle and enhance your wellbeing.
7 Positive Affirmations To Tell Yourself Every Day:
- I am enough.
- I believe in my dreams, myself, and all that I am.
- I love myself deeply and fully.
- My life is filled with abundance of goodness.
- I am relaxed, and I overcome any challenges coming my way.
- My skin is healthy, glowing, and deeply nourished. (Tip - Repeat this every time when you use your Timeless Elixir, morning and night.)
- Love is all around me and always flowing to me.
Affirmations are most effective when you use them alongside other strategies, such as visualisation and goal setting. We recommend repeating these to yourself often, say them in front of a mirror, or writing them down in your journal, and incorporating the practice into your daily routine.

Thank You
Namaste
Positive affirmations and mantras are necessary as this world SHIFTS and turns.
Thank you. I just shared this with my niece as a possible Summer homework assignment for her Fourth-grade class of girls who need special attention. And I plan to try these in front of a mirror for a week. Yay!💐
